Committees: Committees are comprised of members of the Board of Directors. Other community and business leaders work autonomously and report back to the Board. Committees are responsible for carrying out actions plans that are designed to meet Foundation goals and objectives.
Executive Committee: Chair Richard C. Lundquist
- Committee is comprised of all officers and committee chairs
- Oversees the ESEF operations and formulates strategies and policies for Board of Directors consideration
Alumni Committee: Chair: TBA
- Liaison between the Foundation and the Alumni Association; consists primarily of ESHS Alumni
- Focuses on strengthening support from alumni for the El Segundo Unified School District
Community Giving Committee: Chair

- Cultivates and maintains relationships with individuals in the community
- Responsible for generating individual donations including Superintendent’s Roundtable memberships
Corporate Giving Committee: Chair Bill Fisher
- Cultivates and maintains relationships with corporations and businesses
- Focuses on expanding the Corporate Partners program
Endowment Committee: Chair TBA
- Plans and supports the Foundation endowment
- Provides marketing and education about the endowment fund and planned giving opportunities
Events Committee: Chair Barbara Briney
- Plans and executes Foundation events
Finance Committee: Chair Jayne Pimlott
- Manages fiduciary responsibilities
Nominating Committee: Chair Bill Mason
- Identifies and qualifies candidates for open Board of Directors positions
Public Relations Committee: Chair
Linda Johnson
- Creates and/or reviews internal and external marketing communications
- Manages media relations, including news releases and interview requests
- Coordinates advertising campaign
Volunteer Relations Committee: Chair:
Michele A. Rogers, O.D.
- Recruits, trains, and manages corporate and community volunteers to assist the ESEF board of directors with special events and projects
- Coordinates volunteer time, energy, and expertise that contributes to the overall success of the ESEF
